Hi, we’re Birch & Co, aka Ashley & Rhiannon: two moms who bonded over our families, love for interior design, coffee and maybe a sip of wine here or there! We took a courageous leap from our careers several years ago in the Wedding Industry and Medical Field to pursue our passion in all things home design and we have not looked back since.
We specialize in interior decorating and full scale renovations, including both home and commercial spaces. We love entertaining and hosting in our own homes so creating cozy spaces for friends and family to gather and hang is our vibe. Our hope for all of our clients is for them to fall back in love with their home and be completely immersed in its beauty.
We love everything about the design process from start to finish- but know the process of design can be complicated and overwhelming for some- this is where we thrive. We promise to take your vision, elevate it and give you a space you never want to leave.

Co-Owner
With a background in Occupational Therapy and a natural eye for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Rhiannon brings a thoughtful and approachable perspective to Birch & Co. Growing up in Colorado shaped her appreciation for natural beauty, organic textures and effortless warmth in spaces inspired by the outdoors- an influence that continues to define her minimal, nature-inspired design style today.
Her love of design began at home, where she and her husband have renovated 5 homes together and even taken on the adventure of building their own pool. As a mom of two, she understands first hand the importance of designing spaces that are not only beautiful but truly work for everyday life.
Outside of Birch & Co Rhiannon is happiest outdoors-hiking, camping, skiing or simply spending time with her family and big Newfoundland, Huckleberry. She loves cooking at home, Pilates, a great cup of coffee and will forever have Mumford & Sons playing somewhere in the background.
Her approach to design is simple: create thoughtful uncomplicated spaces that feel warm, grounded and connected to the people who live in them.

Ashley has always been drawn to the art of making things feel special. With a background in wedding planning, she spent years bringing together beautiful details, thoughtful touches and individual personalities- an instinct that translated naturally into the world of interior design. Today she brings that same creativity and attention to detail to Birch & Co with a style that feels modern, feminine, collected and effortlessly timeless.
Her designs are all about finding the perfect balance between old and new. She loves pairing clean, modern pieces with antique furniture, vintage-inspired details, beautiful textiles and softer feminine elements that give the home character.
For Ashley some of the best inspiration comes from things she loves outside of design. She’s happiest with her girls, near the beach, drinking coffee, wandering through shops in search of something special, cooking for the people she loves or settling in for a long brunch with girlfriends.
She believes the most beautiful spaces should tell a story about the people that live there. And while her husband may argue that there is in fact, a limit to the number of throw pillows, ceramic lamps and antique finds one home needs, Ashley respecftfully disagrees.
